Imagine doing just what you love! The Academy of Makeup & Fashion – On Set is LA’s Training facility dedicated to excellence through proper education. We offer career preparation with time for a bit of fun and dash of sophistication. We combine theory, demonstration, and hands on training in both beginning and advance courses in the LOVE and ART of Makeup and Fashion Industries.

We Can Prepare You

The Academy takes pride in helping prepare you for a career in all aspects of Salon, Counter beauty and Media Production opportunities. We are ideal for the aspiring artist who cannot take 4 to 6 month off from work for makeup training. The courses are designed to give maximum education in the minimum amount of time. Each class session feature a lecture, demonstrations and intensive hands on practice with live models. At Academy of Makeup & Fashion you can enter the industry of beauty with the creative skills, knowledge and confidence necessary to succeed.

We do more

With our 3000 sq.ft. “on-set” location we build a Portfolio that can open doors. You will have the opportunity of working with photographers, models, video and film Production professionals, here and away from the Academy.

The Academy is unique in many ways. We are not only sending you out for paid jobs, or resume credits, connections and experience, BUT also, offers “open door policy.” This gives a sense of continuous “home base” and the opportunity to continue to practice, and up-date your knowledge, and Portfolio.
