Thank you for your interest in our foreign student programs. Barbara Layne is an Internationally known educator in beauty related industries. Raised in an American Diplomatic family and living in Korea, India, Iran, Guatemala and Japan,she has a deep appreciation of various cultures and the need for a positive image representing our country of America. She has been around the world 7 times and taught her classes in Japan, Mexico, Paris, Bangkok and Korea.

Ms. Layne welcomes foreign invitations to teach as well as foreign students coming to America to study at the Academy of Makeup & Fashion – On Set. the Academy does not give a I-20 visa, however will offer an invitation letter to this country to take short term classes. this will give you plenty of time for sight-seeing in Los Angeles and Hollywood!
